Shipping Information
Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
- Orders placed after 6:00 PM HKT will be processed on the next business day.
- You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order is shipped.
Shipping Rates
We offer transparent and affordable shipping rates. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size and destination of your order.
- Standard Shipping: $150 HKD (outside of Hong Kong)
- Express Shipping: $50 HKD (in Hong Kong), $250 HKD (outside of Hong Kong)
- Free Shipping: Available in Hong Kong for orders over $200

Delivery Times
Domestic Shipping
- Standard Shipping: 2-4 business days
- Express Shipping: 1-2 business days
International Shipping
- Delivery times vary based on the destination, typically ranging from 7-14 business days
- Customs clearance may cause delays beyond our control.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your package in real time using the provided link.
Shipping Restrictions
- We currently ship to Hong Kong and most of Asia and Oceania.
- Shipping to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses may have limitations. Please contact us for more information.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
For international orders, you may be responsible for additional customs fees, duties, or taxes upon delivery. These charges are not included in our shipping rates and are determined by your local customs office.
Lost, Damaged, or Missing Packages
At Out Raven, we take great care in packaging your orders. However, if an issue arises:
- Lost Packages: Contact us within 5 days of the estimated delivery date.
- Damaged Items: Email us at hello@outraven.co with photos of the damaged item(s) and the packaging.
- Missing Items: If you're missing part of your order, please reach out to us at hello@outraven.co
